Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, regardless of the date that your shop closes. This allows us fast production and delivery times in order to meet our delivery deadlines.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order before completing checkout, including item selection, size, quantity, and shipping address. Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects. Please double-check all design details, including text, logos, and sizes, before finalizing your order. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made, and the product is non-refundable.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Manufacturing defects may include:

  • Faulty zippers, handles, or structural components.
  • Damaged wheels or handles.

Please note: Variations in color or slight differences in print placement are a normal part of the printing process and are not considered defects.

Shipping

All pop-up shop orders ship directly to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Logo Luggage is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses entered during checkout

Lost or Stolen Packages

Logo Luggage is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
